Here you will find ten helpful tips for studying your bible in a way that will generally serve you in your vital Bible intake.

"Everyone worries; and while it may become a familiar companion in our lives, it never becomes a welcome one. Wouldn't it be great if there were a way to worry less, or not to worry at all, in the midst of your struggles?" So writes Dr. Tim Lane in his book entitled, "Living Without Worry." If you find that you are one who worries...that would make all of us...there is a great book available for$5 on our bookshelf store at the church building. We encourage you to pick the book up on Sunday, read it, and learn real answers for addressing the issue and finding victory over it.

This past Sunday I spoke of our Sovereign Grace Churches Shared Value of complementarian leadership in the home and the church. Striving to communicate the equal yet different beauty of the creation of man and woman I emphasized (heavily) the privilege and wonder of shining forth the image of God for the glory of God and our joy. However, I am fully cognizant that in emphasizing that aspect I limited the application of what it means to be complementarian in the church. In an effort to help us continue thinking through this highly important topic I thought it may be wise to point you to an article (and website) that will bring more specificity regarding biblical reasoning and application.
